My greatest Finish of all........
On April 19. 2003, Saturday before Easter, 37 male runners and 7 female runners started on the Trans-Europe Footrace, the ultimate endurance test, leading from Lisbon to Moscow. The participants had traveled from all over the world. Runners came from 14 countries, including, but not limited to USA, Japan, Brazil, Finland, France, Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia and Germany.
Had to deal without a day off for 64 days, averaging just 80 KM daily in a total distance of 5036 KM. This corresponded to the length of 119 marathons, with little regeneration breaks.

Left our hotel in Stove Pipe Wells. Robert has had a good night’s sleep and is feeling on top form.
